Legally Binding Agreement:

By signing a contract with McMorris Power Washing, you are entering into a legally binding agreement for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. If you breach this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be forfeited as damages.

Product Warranties:

All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. McMorris Power Washing does not provide additional warranties. If you have any concerns regarding our work, please notify us immediately at (631) 452-1141 or info@mcmorrispowerwashing.com.

Water Usage:

You agree to provide McMorris Power Washing the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an external water supply is required, additional charges will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the water supply is on and functioning before our arrival. Additional charges will apply if water is not available.

Electrical Usage:

You agree to provide McMorris Power Washing the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an external source is required, additional charges will apply.

Courtesy:

While McMorris Power Washing is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed for safety reasons.

Payments:

Payments to McMorris Power Washing are due as per the contract schedule and can be made by check or cash. All balances are due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late charges will be assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection costs incurred by McMorris Power Washing related to the collection of outstanding balances.

Scheduling:

Weather conditions may affect scheduling. We will do our best to minimize scheduling conflicts, but circumstances beyond our control may affect project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

Damages:

McMorris Power Washing is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or open windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, and improper caulking.

Stains:

Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. We will attempt to point out these areas when quoting the project, but some stains may be impossible to remove.

Property Condition:

McMorris Power Washing expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. We are not responsible for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical items, doors, or windows.

Window Spotting:

Windows may become water-spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included unless specifically stated in the contract.

Concrete Cleaning:

The appearance of cleaned concrete may reveal imperfections previously covered by dirt and stains. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same, even on the same surface.
